Product Marketing Manager - Senior
About the role
Reporting to Head of PMM, and working closely with our CMO, you'll join a team of Senior PMMs, each owning a distinct portfolio across Ringover's flagship communication suite, its CRM/Helpdesk ecosystem, and our newest AI products (AIRO, Meet, Note Taker, Pitch Room). Your mission: bridge the gap between product capabilities and commercial success. You'll own the narrative for your scope, orchestrate high-impact launches, and equip our global sales team to win in competitive, international markets.
Your missions
Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for launches : from positioning and messaging to execution across geographies and buyer personas
Build and scale sales enablement: pitch decks, battle cards, toolkits, competitive intel, and AI-driven training assets
Act as the internal product authority, master your scope's features, use cases, and technical value
Monitor competitors, market trends, and voice of the customer to sharpen positioning and inform the roadmap
Run your portfolio like a mini-CEO: set priorities, drive execution from A to Z, and own the business outcomes
This role is for you if…
You have solid experience in product marketing in SaaS or tech, with a proven track record on launches
Fluent English is your working language and you operate comfortably across a team spanning 3 continents
You genuinely leverage AI tools in your daily workflow and have shipped AI-driven enablement or marketing work
You're hands-on, creative, and take initiative : you move things forward without waiting to be told
You combine structure and speed: strong project management, clear deadlines, autonomous execution
You hold your ground in discussions with senior product and engineering leads

You need close day-to-day supervision : your manager is in-office 3 days a week and expects you to run things independently
You lean more toward research- or Discovery-heavy roles than hands-on sales enablement
You thrive in rigid, highly-procedural environments
