ππΎ - Responsibilities:
π - Oversee end-to-end management of technical incidents via phone support.
π - Quickly resolve technical issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
π - Analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions to meet their expectations.
π - Ensure service level compliance (SLA) in all customer interactions.
π - Clearly communicate technical information to various audiences.
π - Efficiently manage tickets, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact.
π - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues.
π - Answer phone calls via our interactive voice response system.
ππΎ - Manage requests via Zendesk:
π - Use Zendesk to manage all customer interactions.
π - Ensure rigorous follow-up on requests, respecting response times and ensuring quality exchanges.
