Trilingual Small Business Account Executive (EN/FR/ES)
As a Trilingual Small Business Account Executive (EN/ES/FR), you will manage inbound sales inquiries and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing small businesses (less than 10 licenses) in the United States and in Canada (including Quebec). You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to decision-makers, demonstrate product value through personalized demos, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound sales inquiries, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn engagement and email campaigns.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations, highlighting how Ringover’s platform aligns with potential clients’ requirements
Lead high-impact discovery calls, demos, and business cases with executive-level stakeholders
Collaborate with onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition and post-sale experience
Maintain detailed CRM records and forecast accurately using Salesforce
Contribute to team strategy, messaging, and playbook optimization to accelerate U.S. market penetration
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, value-based selling, and pipeline management
Skilled in building rapport with executive decision-makers and navigating complex buying processes
Experience integrating or positioning alongside ATS, CRM, or helpdesk platforms
Proficient in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospecting tools)
Fluent in English, French and Spanish
