Bilingual Technical Support SaaS | Bogotá (Thursday–Monday Shift)
In this ambitious context, we are looking to strengthen our Customer Support team as we expand our operations to provide a 24/7 service to our clients.
Under the supervision of our Head of Customer America, your main responsibilities will be:
Respond to customer requests through different channels: phone, email, and ticketing system.
Ensure high-quality customer reception and support.
Monitor the administrative and technical implementation of the solution for our clients.
Manage tickets through our Zendesk tool.
Act as a liaison between customers and the different departments of the company to ensure efficient issue resolution.

You know how to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
You are interested in technology and have a good understanding of IT (Google Suite, audio configuration, memory, network latency, etc.).
Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
You are enthusiastic and a true team player.
You know how to prioritize tasks and organize your work effectively.
You are proactive.
You are fluent in Spanish and English, as both are required for this role.
Knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and TeamViewer would be a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Cesantías y Prima (13th salary): Included in accordance with Colombian labor law
Health & Dental Insurance: Colmédica Zafiro Elite – individual coverage fully paid by Ringover
Work Location: 100% Remote within Colombia (ideally based in Bogota)
Working Schedule: 42 hours per week
