Business Operations H/F
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Operations to transform how Ringover drives revenue. You’ll optimize processes, streamline tools, and enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to perform at their best—all while shaping the customer journey.
What You’ll Do:
Redesign Sales, CSM, and Support processes for efficiency and impact.
Administer and optimize Salesforce and other tools.
Turn data into actionable insights to drive growth.
Train and support teams to adopt new tools and processes.
Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in Revenue or Business Operations (startup/scale-up experience a plus).
Salesforce Admin experience (mandatory).
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative problem-solver.
Fluent French + professional English Strong data analysis and project management skills.
