Partnership Development Manager
Mission Overview:
As a Partnership Development Manager at Ringover, your mission is to identify, engage,
and onboard strategic partners from the ecosystems of HubSpot and other
CRM/Helpdesks. You will play a pivotal role in growing Ringover's referral program by
establishing and nurturing relationships with these partners, enabling them to promote
Ringover’s cutting-edge cloud communication solutions to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Identification & Outreach:
- Research and recruit partners within the HubSpot ecosystem who align withRingover’s solutions and customer base.
- Develop tailored outreach campaigns to introduce the Ringover referral
program and its benefits.
2. Building Strategic Relationships:
- Engage with decision-makers and influencers within potential partner organizations to establish trust and align goals.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships to create long-term value for both
Ringover and its partners.
3. Presenting and Educating:
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight
Ringover’s value proposition, particularly its integrations with HubSpot. - Educate partners on how Ringover enhances their offerings and addresses
their clients’ needs.
4. Onboarding Partners:
- Guide new partners through the enrollment process in the Ringover referral
program. - Support them in understanding program benefits, commission structures, and
referral processes.
5. Partner Enablement:
- Provide training, marketing materials, and ongoing support to empower
partners to confidently recommend Ringover to their clients. - Act as the go-to resource for partner queries and escalations.
- Animate your portfolio of partners and align with sales and consultants within
Ringover’s partners in order to support and drive visibility of Ringover.
6. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Monitor referral activity and partner performance using CRM tools and
analytics. - Share performance insights with partners and identify opportunities for
increased collaboration.
Key Objectives:
- Build a robust pipeline of HubSpot partners enrolled in the Ringover referral program.
- Drive consistent, high-quality referrals that contribute to Ringover’s growth within the technological partner ecosystem.
- Cultivate long-lasting partnerships that deliver mutual success.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to
engage partners effectively. - Sales Acumen: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close partnership
opportunities. - Relationship Building: Ability to establish trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and integrations, particularly HubSpot,
is a plus. - Organized and Data-Driven: Proficient in CRM tools and tracking metrics tomanage partner relationships and monitor success.
- Experience in enabling and animating a portfolio of partners to drive consistentresults
