Account Director - US
As an Account Director, you will identify growth opportunities, drive upsell and cross-sell, and build strong relationships with mid-market to enterprise B2B SaaS clients in Staffing & HR Tech.

Position Overview
As an Account Director at Ringover, you possess a keen ability to proactively identify, qualify, and secure growth opportunities within existing client portfolios by deeply understanding their business needs and articulating Ringover's incremental value. This requires a strong working knowledge of Ringover's full product suite, integrations (CRM/ATS), and troubleshooting skills to provide exceptional, proactive service, ultimately positioning you as a trusted advisor who drives both client satisfaction and increased account revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Build strong client relationships to understand business needs, articulate value, and position Ringover as a strategic partner.
- Engage early in the customer journey by joining onboarding or discovery calls and assisting with pre-sale issue resolution as needed.
- Collaborate with onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition and post-sale experience
- Assist clients post-onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and handling technical questions or escalations.
- Manage client support coordination by opening, tracking, and following up on tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain ongoing client engagement through regular check-ins, tailored communication, and strategic business reviews.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and forecast accurately using Salesforce
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, value-based selling, and pipeline management
- Proven success selling, cross-selling, upselling into mid-market - enterprise organizations (50–1000+ employees); experience in the Staffing or HR Tech
- Skilled in building rapport with executive decision-makers and navigating complex buying processes
- Experience integrating or positioning alongside ATS, CRM, or helpdesk platforms
- Proficient in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospecting tools)
