Alliance Manager Trilingual
We are seeking an Alliance Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate Ringover's growth across our core markets.
Reporting directly to our VP Sales Europe, you will build and nurture deep relationships with up to three strategic tech partners, typically CRM companies with robust partner ecosystems. Your role will include not only managing these primary relationships but also actively recruiting and developing partnerships within the underlying integrators and reseller ecosystems to generate leads for the sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on managing relationships with a maximum of three strategic tech partners, primarily CRM companies with significant ecosystems.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with underlying partners, integrators, and resellers connected to the primary tech partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align partnership strategies and initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate partnership performance and leverage insights to enhance alliance effectiveness.
- Act as the primary contact for your partners, maintaining proactive and responsive communication.
- Represent Ringover at industry events, conferences, and meetings with partners—willingness to travel frequently for these engagements.
Required Qualifications:
- Business fluent proficiency in French / English/ Spanish (spoken and written)
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on partnerships in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex partner ecosystems
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to measure, track, and optimize partner performance
- Comfortable traveling regularly to meet with partners and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing professional network within the SaaS ecosystem.
- Experience working with sales and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
